To make our S’Mores Caramels, we begin by laying graham crackers in the bottom of our pans. Then we add a layer of our buttery vanilla caramel, followed by a layer of Belgian milk chocolate callets. On top of the chocolate we pour another layer of buttery caramel, and top it all with micro-mini marshmallows. Finally, to finish the masterpiece, we toast the marshmallows before cutting each caramel piece. A definite improvement over the campfire method! The S’mores you wish you could make up north!
All of our handcrafted caramels are made with real butter and heavy cream, to make them melt in your mouth.
8 ounce caramels are packed in a Kraft paper window box. 4 ounce caramels come in a resealable Kraft zipper pouch with a window.
