re:Craft & Relic

re:Craft & Relic

re:Craft and Relic is a two-day, indoor, ticketed shopping and entertainment event held three times a year at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex in Franklin, WI.  re:Craft and Relic exists to support an economy of makers and artisans who create and source quality handmade and one-of-a-kind products.

As our name playfully indicates, our focus is re(garding) craft…both the concept of craft as a whole and as it applies to re-purposing/reclaiming/recycling materials. Additionally, “Relic” is a nod to vintage and antique goods and supplies, whether up-cycled, restored, or left in their aged glory. Each event is unique, creating an exciting destination market mix of artisans, makers, up-cyclers, collectors, curators, and self-proclaimed Junkers.

Join thousands of Etsy-loving, Pinterest obsessed and DIY enthusiasts shopping for everything from shabby chic to European antiques, salvaged items, vintage and antique furniture for the home and garden, architectural salvage, vintage-inspired jewelry, repurposed and upcycled treasures, and beautiful handmade clothing. Our 150+ vendors travel from across the Midwest to bring you knitwear, fiber arts, home décor, furniture, apparel, handbags, accessories, children’s items, kitchen wares, silkscreened gifts, prints and illustrations, bath and body products, greeting cards, ceramics and pottery, artisanal food products, and many other unique items.

re:Craft & Relic

re:Craft & Relic

re:Craft and Relic is a two-day, indoor, ticketed shopping and entertainment event held three times a year at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex in Franklin, WI. The next event is November 11-12, 2017, from 10 am to 4 pm, opening early on Saturday, November 11 at 9 am for the Exclusive Buyers’ Club. re:Craft and Relic exists to support an economy of makers and artisans who create and source quality handmade and one-of-a-kind products.

In addition to fantastic shopping, re:Craft and Relic offers "make and take" crafts, demonstrations, and other activities to surprise and delight our attendees.

Brookfield Farmers' Market

Brookfield Farmers' Market
It's the final market of the season.
After 26 years of operation the Brookfield Farmers' Market is thriving. It has become not only a place where residents can purchase fresh Wisconsin grown products, but it has also become a Saturday morning meeting place for many of the residents. It is a Saturday morning ritual for Brookfield residents and customers are drawn from many surrounding communities. The market merchants provide quality Wisconsin grown and made products that are sold at reasonable prices.

Enderis Park Harvest Fest

Enderis Park Harvest Fest

To celebrate the true beauty of the fall season in Enderis Park (and it is spectacular), the success of our annual Farmers’ Market season and the official opening of our Enderis Park Little Library (to be located within our beautiful new playground,) the Enderis Park Neighborhood Association is hosting the 2nd Annual Harvest Fest on Sunday, October 24, 2017, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

The event will feature a return of the Enderis Park Farmers’ Market, where you’ll be able to purchase pumpkins, fall produce and other treats offered by some of the Enderis Park Farmers’ Market vendors you’ve come to love. It will also be a chance to meet new vendors. Delicious snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase.

This family-friendly event will feature harvest-themed games, crafts and other activities for children and families, live music and more. Bring your own pumpkins (small or large) to decorate, purchase them from our local partner, Sentry on 71st and Lisbon, or pick up pumpkins right at the event from our farm vendors. Bring an old shirt, pants or dress and hat and build a scarecrow for your front porch.

The official opening of our Enderis Park Little Library will also take place during the event with special guest dignitaries on hand to welcome our neighbors and friends as we celebrate our efforts toward promoting literacy in our youth. Special guest readers will be on hand to read some of your favorite children’s stories to all who will listen.

Neighbors are encouraged to bring new or gently used children’s books for our Enderis Park Little Library and new or like new winter coats, hats and mittens to be shared with three local elementary schools.

There is a Packers game that day, and we have planned the timing so you can catch BOTH the Harvest Fest and the exciting conclusion of the game. (We’ll also have radios located strategically throughout the event so you can check the score and catch a play or two.)
Mark your calendars now for Enderis Park Harvest Fest and plan to stop by for lots of harvest-themed fun!
