City of Brookfield Farmers Market

City Of Brookfield Farmers Market

The Brookfield Farmers' Market was created by a group of volunteers who wanted to establish a market for local farm produce in Brookfield. The idea had been a part of the Brookfield Master Plan, and in 1990 , the volunteer group obtained the necessary approvals and permits to make it happen. The Brookfield Civic Center Farmers' Market opened in 1991, with a half dozen farmers and was staffed by Brookfield resident volunteers.

Today after 27 years of operation the market is thriving. It has become not only a place where residents can purchase fresh Wisconsin grown products, but it has also become a Saturday morning meeting place for many of the residents. It is a Saturday morning ritual for Brookfield residents and customers are drawn from many surrounding communities. The market merchants provide quality Wisconsin grown products that are sold at reasonable prices. Many of the farmers have been at the market for well over 10 years. The market continues to grow in size and popularity.

A Taste of Germantown

A Taste of Germantown

“It was way bigger than we ever dreamed it would be,” said Carol Miller, a Germantown Kiwanis Club member in charge of the event last year. “We’ve been promoting this event for four years now, and it looks like it really took off this year.”

A Taste of Germantown is the a community event that the Germantown Kiwanis started four years ago to raise money for their ambitious project, the Gehl Foods Performing Arts Pavilion. It  is a time for all Germantown residents to enjoy food and fun as local restaurants and eateries present some of their fine fair, and local entertainment groups show off Germantown’s talents.

Bazaar After Dark - Neenah

Bazaar After Dark - Neenah

Bazaar After Dark, the Fox Cities' very own night market, is going to spend one hot, summer night on South Commercial Street in Neenah - and you're invited!

Bazaar After Dark (a program of Pulse Young Professionals Networkand Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce) is dedicated to revitalizing and drawing positive attention to underutilized business districts in the Fox Valley, while fostering community collaborations through art, music, and common experiences.

Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce is partnering with City of Neenah, Wisconsin Government, Fox Valley Food Truck Rally, and Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity to celebrate their ‘Rock the Block’ neighborhood build in Neenah this Fall.

What is Bazaar After Dark?
We’re a welcoming, inclusive, family friendly street market that will transform your once familiar community from dusk into darkness; a weird and wonderful temporary marketplace that will make you smile (and maybe dance) under the dim glow of Edison bulbs. Whether you seek fresh food, live art, firebreathers, body painters, local businesses, live music, Wisconsin makers, or just a casual place to grab a beer with your dog, we’ve got you covered.
